At Zerix Host, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund. We want to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our customers.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee on all new hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 72 hours of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
- The guarantee applies only to your first purchase of a new hosting plan
- The refund request must be submitted within 72 hours of the original purchase
- The guarantee applies to the base hosting plan cost only, not add-on services
3. Refund Eligibility
Beyond the money-back guarantee period, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Extended Downtime: If your server experiences downtime exceeding our SLA commitment and service credits do not adequately compensate
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error or billing discrepancy
- Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate charge was processed for the same service
- Service Not Delivered: If a paid service was not provisioned or made available to you
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Domain name registrations and renewals
- SSL certificate purchases
- Dedicated IP address fees
- Setup or migration fees
- Services terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Services that have already been fully consumed or rendered
- Renewal payments (refunds are only available for initial purchases under the money-back guarantee)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Log in to your Zerix Host account and navigate to the support section
- Step 2: Open a new support ticket with the subject "Refund Request"
- Step 3: Include your order number, the service(s) in question, and the reason for your refund request
- Step 4: Our billing team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours

6. Processing Timeframes
Once a refund is approved:
- PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
- Cryptocurrency: Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. Store credit will be issued instead
- Account Credit: Credits are applied to your account immediately upon approval
7. Prorated Refunds
For services billed on an annual or semi-annual basis, prorated refunds may be available for the unused portion of the service period. Prorated refunds are calculated based on the remaining full months of service and exclude any discounts applied at the time of purchase.
8. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting Zerix Host to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension of your account and all associated services. We encourage you to contact our support team first, as we are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
